A modern law firm that prioritises client relationships
A specialist family law firm, providing clients with choice and flexibility over pricing.
James Glenn Family Law was established to provide clients going through relationship breakdown with a personal, practical and positive legal experience.
About us
We understand that those in the midst of a divorce or separation are often battling financial, emotional or practical challenges, and we are committed to reducing the stress that the process typically brings.
As a more modern business, James Glenn Family Law have been able to harness the power of technology and artificial intelligence in ways that more traditional firms are unable. This allows us to work more efficiently, whilst prioritising a personal relationship between client and solicitor. It also means we can offer alternative pricing structures, providing clients with the opportunity to choose between a more traditional hourly rate or a fixed monthly fee aligned with the stage they are at within the process. With costs often being one of the biggest sources of tension between client and solicitor, providing this flexibility, choice and transparency ultimately improves our clients' overall experience.
Whilst we embrace modern technology to be able to provide a better client experience, we fully recognise the importance of our clients being able to speak directly to their family solicitor. We therefore ensure that every client has a dedicated, experienced solicitor who they can speak with at any point within the process.
Our solicitors take a personal, reassuring approach, providing explanations clearly and offering expert strategic guidance at each stage.
Ultimately James Glenn Family Law provides personal, timely advice and a more positive legal experience, all whilst giving clients more financial control.
