Hourly or monthly
Most family law firms charge by the hour, which can make costs unpredictable. Whilst advice at an hourly rate remains available, two pricing structures are offered: by the hour, or by the month on a tiered subscription with flexible add-ons.
Many clients move onto a monthly subscription following the initial consultation. The hourly option tends to suit shorter pieces of work, or situations where the scope is genuinely uncertain at the outset. Whichever route fits the situation, the pricing structure is confirmed in writing before any work begins.
